Melting middle cheddar & smoked haddock fishcake
Stand by your beds, fishcakes just grew up. Our chefs Brett and Stu have come up with this gloriously delicious spin on an old favourite. It’s our famously moreish smoked haddock paired with chives, lemon zest, parmesan and the right balance of potato so that the fish still remains centre stage…until you hit the middle. A rich, savoury cheese sauce made with Cornish Davidstow cheddar perfectly complements the fish in a heady, umami-loaded savoury cheesy (in a good way) hit of Cornwall. It’s all coated in a crisp, delicate crumb to finally tip you over the edge. Keep them in the freezer for when you need a deep dive into a comforting dinner or lunch, with minimal effort. Yes!

Ingredients (Allergens in UPPER CASE) -
*Potato, MILK, Smoked Haddock (FISH), Davidstow Cheddar (MILK), BUTTER, Breadcrumbs (GLUTEN), Wheatflour (GLUTEN), Parmesan Cheese (MILK), Salt, Chives, Lemon Zest.
