The miso glaze is a handmade blend of authentic miso with chilli, soy and lemon to elevate our prime salmon from delicious to downright delectable. Meanwhile beansprouts, carrot, broccoli and coriander are in a ready-to-go ginger and garlic stir-fry sauce, meaning you’ll eat well and rest well as most of the prep has been done for you!
When sourcing fresh whole salmon, we have cast our net wide and Loch Duart salmon is some of the finest in the world. These delicious fillet portions are expertly cut from large, lean fish, portioned and pin-boned by hand by our team of experts here in Cornwall. Salmon is also a champion among fish as it is loaded with omega-3s that are known to keep your heart healthy.

You will receive:
2 x 140g Salmon Fillet Portions (Supplied Fresh)
60g Pouch of Miso Glaze (Supplied Fresh)
200g Pouch of Stir-Fried Vegetables (Supplied Fresh)
To cook:
*Preheat the oven to 195C / Gas Mark 5.
*Remove the Salmon from its packaging and pat dry with some kitchen paper. Place in a small bowl, add the Miso Glaze and mix well, ensuring the Salmon portions are fully coated.
*Line a medium baking tray with baking parchment and place the Salmon portions on skin side up. If you have any Glaze remaining in the bowl, add it on top of the Salmon.
*Place in the centre of the oven for 10-12 minutes.
*Heat up the Stir-Fried Vegetables in a non stick pan with a little bit of oil added simply to heat through as these are already cooked.
