We at Fish for Thought, have long supported the sound advice, from NHS health professionals and various fitness gurus, that we should all try to eat fish a couple of times a week. What could be better for your health and wellbeing than some of nature’s tastiest sources of protein, vitamins and minerals? With our usual blend of thoughtfulness and care, we have brought together a balanced mix of prime fresh fish fillets for you, that will provide the recommended two portions per week for two adults, for a whole month. We have also included a FREE 400g pouch of one of Chef Stuart's healthiest home made soups!
Each box will contain:-
- 4 x 150g portions of Mackerel Fillet
- 4 x 140g portions of Salmon
- 4 x 140 - 160g portions of Cod Fillet
- 4 x 140 - 160g portions of Cornish Hake Fillet
- a 400g pouch of Healthy Home-made Fish / Shellfish Soup (previously frozen)
The product will arrive with you fresh as a daisy. All you have to do is select which fillets you are going to eat first, pop them in the fridge and then stash the remaining fish in your freezer, for use in the coming weeks. The soup has been previously frozen - do not re-freeze.

The availability of all seafood at market can be impacted by many different factors – Seasonality, bad weather, tidal variations, which boats are landing, or even good old-fashioned fisherman’s luck… and in the current circumstances, unprecedented demand has further added to uncertainty.
Rest assured that we will make every effort to source this fresh product for your order, however, if we are unable to do so for any reason, we will replace it with a frozen alternative.
When fish happen to be plentiful at market, we try to buy a little extra which we expertly prepare and blast freeze, here on site, for just such an eventuality. The replacement should arrive with you frozen. Do not re-freeze seafood that has defrosted.
