Thai Green King Prawn Curry (for Two)

The classic Thai Green Curry has become one of the go to staples of menu's up and down the nation and works particularly well with fish and shellfish. This is Chef Brett's version packed with delicate oriental flavours and a satisfying warmth that lingers after the event. Served with rice (not supplied), this kit will provide 2 substantial portions.
You will receive:
300g Diced White Fish (supplied frozen)
350g Pouch of Green Thai Curry Sauce (supplied frozen)
250g Wild Argentinian Prawns (supplied frozen)
100g Steamed Green Vegetables (supplied fresh)
To prepare:
- Defrost the Diced Fish, Prawns & Sauce.
- Preheat the oven to 210C / Gas Mark 8.
- Place the Diced Fish & Prawns in an 8inch ovenable dish, then the Green Vegetables & top with the Sauce. Give a light mix then place in the centre of the oven & bake for 12 minutes.
- Lightly stir & return to the oven for a further 12-14 minutes, until the fish is just cooked.
- Simply serve with boiled rice & enjoy!
Green Thai Curry Sauce Ingredients: FISH Stock(Bones, CELERY, Garlic, Onion), Coconut Milk, Shallot, Ginger, Thai Curry Paste, Cornflour, Coriander, Sunflower Oil, Lemongrass, Chilli, Fennel Seeds, Cardamom Pods.
Steamed Green Vegetables Ingredients: Broccoli, Mange Tout, Sugar Snap Peas.

50th Birthday Celebrations!
A big thank you for the lobster and prawn delivery to Gravesend, Kent. It was for my wife's 50th Birthday and we had her Sisters over from South Africa to celebrate; they thought the food was superb! The bonus Thai Soup went down a treat, although we shared in little shot glasses so that we call could try it! Again, it tasted sublime. Almost ready to order our next lot, with added soup. The new giant Prawns were brilliant too, far better than the farmed ones you stopped selling.
