LOBSTER WELLINGTON
Expect our legendary Cornish lobster tail, swathed in finely sliced chestnut mushrooms, coated in a velvety cod and parsley mousse, all wrapped in a herb & chive pancake and finished with all-butter puff pastry. The rich, creamy Saffron & Parmesan sauce brings it together beautifully, with a gorgeous dash of colour. Dishing it up is guaranteed to bring plenty of oohs and aahs to the table! It really is unique.
We’ve made it really easy for you too as it arrives frozen and all you need to do is pop it in the oven alongside your favourite veg. Perfect! As they are all handmade here in Cornwall, they are just wonky enough to pass off as homemade if you want.

Lobster Wellington Cooking Instructions:
- For best results, cook from frozen
- Preheat the oven to 210C (fan assisted) / gas mark 8
- Cook the Lobster Wellington in the centre of the oven for 50 minutes
- In the meantime, place the pouch of Veloute into a pan of hot water and bring to the boil to warm through
- Allow the Lobster Wellington to rest for 5 minutes then serve with the Saffron & Parmesan Veloute.
BAILEYS ICE CREAM PROFITEROLES
Delicate choux pastry filled with a handmade Bailey’s ice-cream crafted from Cornish double cream, mascarpone, vanilla and a healthy glug of the irish cream liqueur of choice! It all comes with a salted caramel sauce, again hand made with Cornish Sea Salt and yet more Cornish double cream
To prepare the Profiteroles:
- Remove the Profiteroles from the packaging and distribute evenly into 2 bowls.
- Heat up the Salted Caramel Sauce in a small pan until just before boiling.
- Pour over the Profiteroles and enjoy!
