Our hand-dived Cornish scallops on a bed of parsley mash with a white wine and cheddar cheese sauce, topped by a tasty parsley and parmesan crumb. Cracking with a chilled glass of sparkling white wine!

Delightfully effortless, your Coquilles St Jacques will arrive ready to pop straight into the oven.

You will receive: Two plump, hand-dived Cornish Scallops in a half-shell, lovingly prepared and blast frozen. They will arrive with you in perfect condition to put straight into your freezer until you wish to enjoy them.

  • For best results cook from frozen
  • Pre-heat your oven to 190C
  • Remove from packaging and place on baking tray
  • Place in the centre of the oven for 28 mins
  • Serve piping hot
