Kid's Fish Curry (Using the Diced White Fish & Curry Sauce) Cooking Instructions:

  1. Empty the Sauce into a large saucepan and bring to a gentle simmer
  2. Carefully add the fish pieces to the sauce, in a single layer, ensuring each piece is coated with the sauce.
  3. Poach the fish in the sauce for 4-5 minutes, or until the fish begins to flake
  4. Transfer to a plate and serve with rice or naan bread

Kid's Salmon Mac & Cheese Cooking Instructions:

  1. If frozen, defrost prior to cooking
  2. Preheat the oven to 180c / Gas Mark 4
  3. Remove protective film and place the plastic container on a baking tray
  4. Place in the centre of the oven and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until piping hot
  5. Serve and enjoy

3 Omegas Starfish Fishcakes Cooking Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180c / Gas Mark 4
  2. Remove the packaging and place on a baking tray
  3. Brush each Fishcake with a little sunflower oil
  4. Place in the centre of the oven and cook for 20-25 minutes (turning oven halfway through cooking) Alternatively place under a medium grill for 15-20 minutes (turning oven halfway through cooking)

3 Omegas Fish Balls with Hidden Veg Sauce Cooking Instructions:

  1. Heat a little sunflower oil in a large frying pan
  2. Carefully add the fish balls to the pan and gently fry until the outsides have browned evenly (we recommend keeping them moving to get a nice even colour)
  3. Once browned, add your sauce to the pan, bring to a simmer and finish cooking the balls for 8-10 minutes
  4. Transfer to a plate and dive in!

Cornish Plaice with Garlic butter Cooking Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180c / Gas Mark 4
  2. Line a baking tray with parchment / greaseproof paper
  3. Pop the Plaice fillets onto the tray with a disc of garlic butter on top
  4. Cook for 8-12 minutes Alternatively you can prepare as above and cook under a preheated medium grill for approximately 5 minutes

The freshest we have had for absolutely ages

We had salmon, hake and haddock which arrived speedily at the time you promised. The container was excellent and although I was nervous of getting fish online, I have to say it is the best thing we have done. We love fish and it is probably the freshest we have had for absolutely ages and is a pleasure to eat.

The fish was all super fresh!

Yes, the fish all arrived in perfect condition early on Friday morning. The smoked mackerel, salmon, halibut and wild sea bass were all delicious - bream and plaice now in the freezer - and I have received many compliments from my guests over the weekend. Like to think some of the compliments were for my cooking(!) but the fish was all top quality and super fresh. Have passed your details to one of my friends as well. Will definitely order from you in the future!
