This creamy classic from Chef Adam's kitchen provides the answer to one of life's great questions - Why does parsley exist? Having endured years of ridicule as coriander's less tasty cousin, Parsley was saved when some genius had the idea of teaming it with fish! So strong was the bond that it would eventually lead to the herb equivalent of "action figures" being produced, as fishmongers across the country festooned their slabs with decorative sprigs of plastic parsley, in a blatant attempt to rival the greengrocers' ubiquitous plastic turf. The feeling persisted, however, that parsley was probably still more about style than substance. Then, Chef Adam worked his magic on this traditional fish-drizzle - and WOW!. Each pouch contains a luxurious 150g.
