Mackerel is quite stunning, with brilliant blue, black, green and silver tiger stripes running all along the top and down the sides. Our Cornish fishery is a wonderful example of best practice sustainable fishing, with small inshore day-boats catching the fish by hook and line. They are of course one of the best oily fish you can eat and very healthy. Each pack will contain 2 main course portions or enough for 4 starters, and the fillets will be carefully v-cut to remove the bones - a lovely preparation. This product has been freshly prepared and blast frozen. * The Cornish fishery is a wonderful example of best practice sustainable fishing, with small inshore day-boats catching the fish by hook and line * Landed daily across Newlyn, Looe and Plymouth when in season * Abundant, sustainable and 'Recommended' by The Good Cornwall Seafood Guide * A true superfood, packed with Omega 3, and amazing vitamins and minerals * These boneless fillets cook in minutes and best enjoyed simply
