A wow-factor pudding for sure, all hand made by our team here in Cornwall. A warm rich dark chocolate fondant that oozes with a melting centre once you spoon your way into it. Served with a sour dark cherry sauce and Cornish clotted cream (of course).

You Will Receive:

2 x 120g Chocolate Fondants
160g pouch of Sour Cherry Compôte
114g tub of Rodda's Cornish Clotted Cream

Ingredients (ALLERGENS in UPPER CASE):

Chocolate Fondant - Dark Chocolate, Unsalted BUTTER, EGGS, Sugar, Flour (Gluten), Cocoa Powder.

Sour Cherry Compôte - Sour Cherries, Cherry Purée, Caster Sugar, Xantham Gum

  • Remove from the outer packaging
  • Defrost the Cherry Compôte, allowing it to reach room temperature for serving.
  • Cover and defrost the Fondants, allowing them to reach room temperature prior to cooking
  • Preheat your oven to 190C
  • Place the pots onto a baking tray and into the centre of the oven for approx. 12 minutes
  • TIP: The outer parts of the sponge will cook first and rise above the lip of the pot. The centre of the fondant will form a liquified dip. The Fondant will be cooked when that dip dries and forms a soft crust.
  • Remove the Fondants from the oven
  • IMPORTANT – Allow them to rest for 90secs -2 Mins before CAREFULLY turning them out onto two plates.
  • Top each Fondant with Cherry Compôte
  • Serve with Cornish Clotted Cream
