Cornish Sticky Toffee Pudding with Cornish Clotted Cream for Two
why?
Our take on this classic, deeply sweet and satisfying pudding. A rich and buttery handmade date sponge, served with our own signature toffee sauce loaded with Cornish double cream….all served with Cornish clotted cream. Just warm up, dish up, and sink in! Serves 2.
You Will Receive:
2 x 100g portions of Date Sponge (FROZEN) 240g pouch of Caramel Sauce (FROZEN) 114g tub of Rodda's Cornish Clotted Cream (Fresh)
Ingredients (ALLERGENS in UPPER CASE):
Date Sponge - Dates, Self-Raising Flour (GLUTEN), Caster Sugar, EGGS, Unsalted BUTTER.
Caramel Sauce - Cornish Double CREAM, Caster Sugar, Glucose, Water, BUTTER

STICKY TOFFEE PUDDING preparation Method:
- Warm the sponge in a microwave oven for 40 secs - a minute
- Place the sauce in a suitable jug or bowl and heat in a microwave oven for 90 secs – 2 minutes
- Pour the sauce over the sponge and serve with Cornish Clotted Cream
