This delicious, three-course, festive meal for two people, featuring the finest sustainable Cornish crab and Lobster makes a fabulous alternative to traditional turkey or goose. Each dish has been thoughtfully created and lovingly hand-prepared in our Cornish seafood kitchen. The crab & roasted tomato soup has become a firm favourite with our customers and serves as a fitting curtain-raiser for our superb lobster wellington. The cherry cheesecake profiteroles are a new dish especially for Christmas 2023 and received a rapturous thumbs up from the tasting panel.
Cornish Crab & Roasted Tomato Soup This delicious soup is just the right level of special to serve at a dinner party or a cosy night in for two! Vibrant and flavour-packed, it makes a colourful start to any special meal and is of course loaded with delicious, sustainably sourced Cornish Crab meat
Cornish Lobster Wellington with Saffron & Parmesan Sauce Expect our legendary Cornish lobster tail, swathed in finely sliced chestnut mushrooms, coated in a velvety cod and parsley mousse, all wrapped in a herb & chive pancake and finished with all-butter puff pastry. The rich, creamy Saffron & Parmesan sauce brings it together beautifully, with a gorgeous dash of colour. Serve with seasonal vegetables
Cherry Cheesecake Ice Cream Profiteroles with White Chocolate Sauce Delicate choux pastry filled with a handmade Cherry Cheesecake ice-cream, so packed with flavour that you will wonder how on earth chef Brett and his crew have managed to cram it all into these dainty baubles. I can reveal the answer here and now… culinary witchcraft! It’s the only rational explanation. The white chocolate sauce is the perfect accompaniment to this devastating dessert.
You will receive:
- 1 x Cornish Crab & Roasted Tomato Soup (frozen)
- 1 x Cornish Lobster Wellington with Saffron & Parmesan Sauce (frozen)
- 1 x Cherry Cheesecake Ice Cream Profiteroles with White Chocolate Sauce (frozen)
Cooking Instructions - LOBSTER WELLINGTON:
- For best results, cook from frozen
- Preheat the oven to 210C (fan assisted) / gas mark 8
- Cook the Lobster Wellington in the centre of the oven for 50 minutes
- In the meantime, place the pouch of Veloute into a pan of hot water and bring to the boil to warm through
- Allow the Lobster Wellington to rest for 5 minutes then serve with the Saffron & Parmesan Veloute.
Cooking Instructions - CHERRY CHEESECAKE ICE CREAM PROFITEROLES To prepare:
- Remove the Profiteroles from the packaging and distribute evenly into 2 bowls.
- Place the sealed pouch of White Chocolate Sauce in a pan and cover with water. Heat until just before boiling.
- Pour over the Profiteroles and enjoy!

Wedding Anniversary Celebrations!
just thought I'd drop you a quick email to let you know our order arrived on Saturday morning. I opened the box and it smelled like Cornwall, the sea. The mussels were superb in the mariniere sauce and the lobster thermidor was fantastic! We were treating ourselves as it is our 26th wedding anniversary tomorrow and to be honest, we prefer to buy the very best ingredients and cook ourselves than go to a restaurant and be disappointed. We were delighted with the quality of the fish, as always.
