From £6.00 Per Pack £16.67 per KG

Whiting may not be as well known as other white fish, but it has a place in our heart! It should be treated like a small cod, and is quite delicious when very fresh and simply cooked. It is a very sustainable option with healthy stocks in Cornish waters being fished responsibly. Fillets breadcrumbed, shallow fried and served with homemade tartar sauce are fantastic. These fillet portions have been expertly hand-cut, pin-boned and blast frozen. Each pack will contain enough fillet for 2 x 180g portions, enough for 2 main course portions or 4 starters.

  • Stocks in Cornwall are heathy, well managed and it is 'Recommended' by The Cornwall Good Seafood Guide
