Want to know when we're stocked up?

These are not just any prawns, they are big, beautiful wild Argentinian prawns that are loaded with natural flavour. To take them to the next level we’ve included our chef’s handmade garlic butter and all you need to cook them en-papillote. This French technique simply translates as “in the bag”, and means that all those delicious flavours get absorbed by the prawn meat. Or if the sun comes out (yes please!) you can cook them whole on the BBQ, and just dress with the garlic butter when you serve. You might want to add a set of our Padstow Brewery Co. beers to your order too. A match made in heaven!

You will receive:

  • 1kg Large Wild Red Argentinian Prawns (Shell-On) (Frozen)
  • 150g Homemade Lemon, Chilli, Garlic & Thyme Butter
  • 2 x Foil En-Papillote bags

Lemon, Chilli, Garlic & Thyme Butter Ingredients (Allergens in UPPER CASE) - BUTTER, Chilli Sauce (Sugar, Chillis, Vinegar (SULPHITES), Salt), Lemon Juice, Lemon Zest, Red Chilli, Garlic, Rock Salt, Thyme, Pepper.

50th Birthday Celebrations!

A big thank you for the lobster and prawn delivery to Gravesend, Kent. It was for my wife's 50th Birthday and we had her Sisters over from South Africa to celebrate; they thought the food was superb! The bonus Thai Soup went down a treat, although we shared in little shot glasses so that we call could try it! Again, it tasted sublime. Almost ready to order our next lot, with added soup. The new giant Prawns were brilliant too, far better than the farmed ones you stopped selling.

New Prawns!

I just have to tell you (although you obviously know yourselves) just how fabulous your new wild caught Tiger Prawns are. I bought the peeled ones which we used over Christmas and everyone, who had some commented on how delicious they were
