Farmed Sea Bream is an excellent alternative to wild black bream, when the wild fish are out of season. Many restaurants that we supply have these plump, versatile fish on their menus, as they can be treated in exactly the same way as the wild fish.

The fish will be scaled and gutted, and packed and blast frozen. Each whole fish is a generous sharing starter for 2 or main course for one. For a light lunch, one fish would be enough for 2 people.

If you take the fish gutted, we recommend wrapping it in foil with fennel, red onion, white wine and lemon and cooking in the oven.
