For those not so keen on eating fish on the bone Dover sole fillets are amazing. Lightly season and oil and cook under the grill or in a medium hot pan - they will only take a few minutes. Serve with new potatoes and dress with a little melted butter and capers. Alternatively you could it à la meunière, which is a classic Dover sole dish, the French equivalent to our fish and chips!

Totally Wizard!
Me again , just scoffed the Dover sole with your sauce, totally wizard! A good Sicilian pecorino white made for a memorable meal. Your crab pasties hit the spot too. Will be stocking up on those.
