Recipes & Cooking

Whole megrim sole are fantastic to bake. Score the skin and lightly oil and season before putting into a very hot oven for about 15 minutes. You could cook the whole fish along with potatoes and your favourite vegetables, as a whole meal in a tray. We love megrim sole with a herb or garlic butter and seasonal vegetables.
