Three types of fish pâté for an effortless Christmas canapé or starter – expect a pot each of smoked mackerel, oak-roasted salmon and oak-roasted trout varieties. You’ll need to supply your own crackers!
The simplicity of these beautiful pâtés lets the delicate fish flavours lead the charge. Just lemon juice, cream cheese and horseradish are added to beautifully smoked mackerel, oak-roasted Scottish salmon and Wiltshire rainbow trout.

Crafted by hand on the north Cornwall coast by our friends Jon & Coralie and the team at Tregida Smokehouse, where they are almost entirely powered by wind from their own turbine. Delicious, effortless, sustainable and super-low carbon footprint food.
