Brill has a similar firm texture and meaty flavour to its better know cousin Turbot, and we think it is a superb fish in its own right. Others seem to agree as the price difference between Brill and Turbot has fallen to between £2 and £4 per kg at market. These hand filleted portions are cut from one large whole fish weighing approximately 1.5 kg, packed in pairs and blast frozen. Each pack contains 2 x 150g main course portions.
