Recipes & Cooking

For those not so keen on eating fish on the bone Dover sole fillets are amazing. Lightly season and oil and cook skin side down under the grill or in a medium hot pan - they will only take a few minutes. Serve with new potatoes and dress with a little melted butter and capers. Alternatively you could it à la meunière, which is a classic Dover sole dish, the French equivalent to our fish and chips!

Totally Wizard!

Me again , just scoffed the Dover sole with your sauce, totally wizard! A good Sicilian pecorino white made for a memorable meal. Your crab pasties hit the spot too. Will be stocking up on those.
