Christmas Ginger Sponge with Sticky Toffee & Ginger Sauce for Two
why?
Our chefs have literally spiced up their incredibly popular sticky toffee pudding for Christmas, this year. Both the sponge and the toffee sauce have been given a wonderfully warming shot of stem ginger, just right for those cold winter evenings. Pair with a dollop or two of Cornish clotted cream for the ultimate classic pudding.
You will receive: 2 x 100g Ginger Sponge (Supplied Frozen)
1 x 200g Sticky Toffee & Ginger Sauce Pouch (Supplied Frozen)
To cook:
- For best results, cook from frozen
- Warm the sponge in a microwave oven for 40 secs - 1 minute
- Place the sauce in a suitable jug or bowl and heat in a microwave oven for 90 secs – 2 minutes
- Pour the sauce over the sponge and serve
