Did you know that Crab meat is a superfood - high in protein and packed with vitamins and minerals. Crab is really versatile and works brilliantly in various dishes, including crab cakes, crab sandwiches, and crab soup. Here at Fish For Thought, all of the crabs that we source are sustainably pot-caught from boats landing around our coast. You can choose just white or brown meat or order a 50/50 pack which contains equal amounts of both.
