Cornish Lobster - A pair of our mouthwatering Cornish lobsters, expertly cooked, split and cleaned and ready to eat cold, or perhaps warmed under the grill with butter or thermidor sauce.
Our smoked salmon is supplied by Scotland's finest, John Ross Jnr. They are one of only a few producers in the world that produce smoked salmon using traditional brick kilns, which have been used for uniquely cold smoking first-class salmon for more than 150 years.
The trio of smoked pates consists of a sparky homemade smoked salmon pate, with a superb depth of flavour imparted by the exceptional smoked salmon, from the ancient red brick smokehouses of John Ross jr of Aberdeen. A sumptuously silky homemade smoked mackerel pate, with delicate layers of smokey flavour given a mischievous lift by a liberal dash of lemon juice. Lastly (but by no means ‘leastly’), a wonderfully elegant smoked trout pate crafted from our fabulous chalk stream trout.
