Smoked Salmon & Caviar Profiteroles
Possibly the star of our seafood show this Christmas Day! These extraordinarily light savoury profiteroles are an elegant and decadent way to celebrate, either as a beautiful canapé or paired up as a starter. Expect our Royal Warranted smoked salmon in a rich crème fraiche, lemon and chive filling, studded with luxurious avruga caviar. Delicious, clever and perfectly crafted by our Seafood Kitchen team here in Cornwall.
Smoked Mackerel & Almond Bon-Bon
These delicious savoury bon-bons are little works of culinary wonder – just three ingredients add up to something far greater. Our outstanding smoked Cornish mackerel has been expertly layered with flavour and texture from beautiful smoked almonds and rich cream cheese for an intense, satisfying canapé.
Cornish Crab Pate Vol Au Vent
The humble vol-au-vent, veteran of the 1970's, beloved staple of Terry & June and Reginal Perrin, given a timely Fish for Thought makeover and seriously upgraded by the inclusion of a smoothly superior Cornish crab pate as filling. Simply fill the cases with as much pate as they can hold, and serve.
