First up, expect a tasty set of our glorious new lobster cocktail vol-au-vents, made from prime, pot-caught Cornish lobster in a classic cocktail sauce, served in a crisp pastry case.
Next up is our trio of fish pâtés – the simplicity of these beautiful pâtés lets the delicate fish flavours lead the charge. Just lemon juice, cream cheese and horseradish are added to beautifully smoked mackerel, oak-roasted Scottish salmon and Wiltshire rainbow trout. Meanwhile our smoky, chunky, satisfying scotch eggs are our Cornish seafood spin on the classic. We’ve taken delicately smoked haddock, fragrant herbs and savoury leeks to craft the perfect addition to your dining table or summer picnic. You’ll get a pack of our classic best-in-class smoked salmon too -it’s got a Royal Warrant don’t you know! Finally we’ve also included our bestselling Cornish crab & leek pasties.
Our Seafood Kitchen chefs, here in Cornwall, have taken sweet and delicate brown and white crab meat, from our local pot-caught Cornish crabs and gently stirred it into a flavourful, handmade bechamel sauce with savoury leeks, layered with an umami hit from parmesan alongside the creamy texture of mozzarella. All that taste and texture, packed into classic shortcrust pastry for the ultimate Cornish seafood pasty.
All you need is some posh crackers, perhaps a bottle of bubbly, if you are celebrating! (might we recommend the perfect pairing of our Camel Valley Brut?) And you’ll have a very merry band of partygoers!
