A warming and nutritious noodle broth dish, loaded with flavour-packed veg, aromatic spices and sustainable smoked haddock. The fish is really delicate in flavour as the chefs have marinated our haddock in Earl Grey tea and smoked it over alder, right here in our Seafood Kitchen in Cornwall. The noodles soak up all the flavour in our handmade fish stock which is packed with rich umami flavours of hoisin, tamarind, star anise and ginger, while the crisp and vibrant beansprouts, carrots and broccoli add a final layer of colour and texture. Serves 2.
All our haddock comes from around the Cornish coast where the fishery is well managed and the populations are showing signs of strong recovery.
