120g of foccacia 2 tbsp of olive oil
Method
1 Gently warm the stew to a gentle simmer 2 Drizzle olive oil over focaccia and warm in a pre-heated oven on 160C for 4 minutes 3 Evenly place fish into stew and cook for 3-5 minutes 4 Don't stir too much as you will break up the fish!
TIP! - Try boiling some potatoes and steaming some green veg for a more substantial dinner
