Smoked Salmon and Dill Paté

  • 200g Smoked Salmon
  • 2 tbsp Crème Fraîche
  • 200g Soft Cheese
  • Juice of Half a Lemon
  • Handful of Dill
  • Salt and cracked black pepper to taste


  • Fish


Add the smoked salmon, crème fraîche, soft cheese and dill to a food processor and blitz for a few seconds, depending on how chunky or smooth you would like the Paté. Before you get to the desired texture, add the lemon juice and season to taste before blitzing once more.

Serve with crackers or bread.
