Prawns Piri-Piri
An excellent and very simple prawn recipe by Chef Adam, this Prawns Piri-Piri is especially delicious if you make it with our sustainable prawns.

Ingredients
500g shell on raw prawns
20g chilli
1/4 red pepper
4 cloves garlic
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp chilli sauce
Chopped parsley

Method
1 Add chilli, red pepper, garlic, olive oil, and chilli sauce into a food processor.
2 Marinade prawns for an hour then cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, if the prawns are large then cook for a little longer.
