Ingredients

  • 480g Tray of Cornish Lobster Mac & Cheese
  • 50ml Pot of Seafood Salad Dressing
  • 70g Mixed Leaf Salad

Method

  1. Pre-heat oven to 180°C.
  2. Remove protective film from the Mac & Cheese. Stand the plastic tray on a flat baking tray and place in the centre of the oven for 20-25mins.
  3. While the Mac & Cheese is heating, wash the Salad Leaves and divide between two plates.
  4. To serve, simply divide the Mac & Cheese onto the two plates and dress the Salad leaves with the Seafood Salad Dressing.
