Ingredients
- 480g Tray of Cornish Lobster Mac & Cheese
- 50ml Pot of Seafood Salad Dressing
- 70g Mixed Leaf Salad
Method
- Pre-heat oven to 180°C.
- Remove protective film from the Mac & Cheese. Stand the plastic tray on a flat baking tray and place in the centre of the oven for 20-25mins.
- While the Mac & Cheese is heating, wash the Salad Leaves and divide between two plates.
- To serve, simply divide the Mac & Cheese onto the two plates and dress the Salad leaves with the Seafood Salad Dressing.
