Parsley Fish Sauce
Parsley sauce is a classic and great with many types of seafood, including salmon and firm white fish to name a few.

Ingredients
- 400ml Fish Stock
- 100ml Double Cream
- 20g Fresh Parsley

Method
- Boil the stock on a high heat until it has reduced to a 1/4 of it's original.
- Reduce the heat, add the cream and then bring back to the boil.
- Add the chopped parsley, and that's it, you're done!
