350g Chunky Diced Fish

120g of Foccacia
2Tbsp of Olive Oil

Method

  1. Gently warm the stew to a gentle simmer
  2. Drizzle olive oil over focaccia and warm in a pre-heated oven on 160C for 4 minutes
  3. Evenly place fish into stew and cook for 3-5 minutes
  4. Don't stir too much as you will break up the fish!

TIP! - Try boiling some potatoes and steaming some green veg for a more substantial dinner
