Prawns Piri-Piri

An excellent and very simple prawn recipe by Chef Adam, this Prawns Piri-Piri is especially delicious if you make it with our sustainable prawns.

  • 500g Shell On Raw Prawns
  • 20g Chilli
  • 1/4 Red Pepper
  • 4 Cloves Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Chilli Sauce
  • Chopped Parsley


  • Shellfish


  1. Add Chilli, Red Pepper, Garlic, Olive Oil, and Chilli Sauce into a food processor.
  2. Marinade prawns for an hour then cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, if the prawns are large then cook for a little longer.
