Parsley Fish Sauce

Parsley sauce is a classic and great with many types of seafood, including salmon and firm white fish to name a few.

  • 400ml Fish Stock
  • 100ml Double Cream
  • 20g Fresh Parsley


  • Fish
  • Milk
  • Sulphites


  1. Boil the stock on a high heat until it has reduced to a 1/4 of it's original.
  2. Reduce the heat, add the cream and then bring back to the boil.
  3. Add the chopped parsley, and that's it, you're done!
