Balinese Curry Paste
A quick and easy way to make a curry paste, especially when you can follow along with Chef Adam as he makes his own from scratch.

- 80g Ginger
- 60g Shallot
- 30g Cashew Nuts
- 20g Garlic
- 15g Sugar
- 8g Sesame Seeds
- 3g Lemongrass Stalks
- 1 Lime juice
- 45ml Sunflower Oil
- 1tsp Ground Black pepper
- 1tsp Salt
- 1tsp Tumeric
- 1/2tsp Ground Nutmeg
Method
Not much cooking involved with this one, just gather your ingredients, pop into a blender and blend until you reach a fine paste and hey presto! you have a Balinese style curry paste!
