Sardines bring back memories of holidays in the Mediterranean, where you could walk past various restaurants and just smell wonderful oily, smokey air as they were cooked on the BBQ. We recommend drizzling them with olive oil and a bit of seasoning and doing eactly the same! Serve with a simple salad and some crusty bread.
