Mackerel is a stunning fish to eat with its oily soft texture and sweet flavour. If the bones put you off get us to fillet and v-cut the fish for you and grill them on a high heat with a drizzle of oil some lemon zest and juice and seasoning. If you like serving fish on the bone, you can't beat stuffed mackerel and it works fantastically on the bone. Mackerel can also stand up against some strong flavours including horseradish, gooseberries and masala.
