INGREDIENTS FOR
x Wild Bass Fillet, scaled and pin boned

g cucumber, peeled, deseeded and sliced
2.5
g chopped dill
Olive oil
12.5
g noilly prat
Seasoning
Score and season the fillet.

Drizzle with oil.

Pan fry for several minutes on each side.

Put the oil in another pan and add deseeded and sliced cucumber.

Add salt and pepper, dill, stir through and serve with the bass.
