Panko Crumb Coated Fish

Crumbed Fish Recipe
Enough for 4 large fillets or 16-20 Goujons
80g Seasoned Flour
2 Beaten Eggs
100g Panko Breadcrumbs
1. Take your fish and pat it dry with some kitchen paper.

2. Roll the fish in seasoned flour until evenly coated.

3. Now dip the fish in beaten egg.

4. Then roll in the panko breadcrumbs making sure there is an even coating.

5. Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown.

6. Turn onto kitchen paper to remove any excess oil and serve.
