ml mariniere sauce

g mussel meat
Seasoning
Add cooked risotto rice to the pan.

Add mariniere sauce to the rice, stir and bring to the boil.

Add salt and pepper.

Cook until consistency thickens.

Add the mussel meat.

Leave to cook for about 4 mins., then serve.
