Butter warmed crab with scrambled egg and a drizzle of Baileys

x Croissant

x eggs

g Butter

g Double Cream
Baileys
Salt & Pepper
QUANTITIES BELOW ARE FOR 1 PERSON

1. Bake the croissant and split in half

2. Add 10g of butter to the pan and melt slightly

3. Add the crab meat to the pan of melted butter and season to taste

4. Beat the eggs in a bowl / jug

5. Melt a further 10g of butter in a pan until it starts to foam

6. Add the beaten eggs to the pan and whisk

7. Add the remaining 5g of butter and the double cream to the pan and whisk

8. Place the scrambled egg onto the open croissant

9. Spoon on the crab meat

10. Finish the dish with a drizzle of Baileys on top of the crab meat
