INGREDIENTS FOR

ml bisque
10
ml Baileys
Seasoning and lemon juice

Tomato Salsa:

x plum tomatoes, seeded and diced
0.5
x roasted red pepper, diced

g chopped coriander
Add bisque to the pan.

Add brown crab meat to the pan and stir.

Bring to the boil.

Add the rice to the pan and stir.

Add the white crab meat and tomato salsa.

Correct taste with lemon juice, salt and pepper and stir.

Bring to the heat and stir.

Serve and drizzle over the Baileys.
