A small bunch of Coriander (chopped)
ml Sweet Chilli Dipping Sauce
A few chilled bottles of Golden Ale
1. Take the defrosted crevettes and toss them around in the chopped coriander.
2. Lightly pile them into 4 beer glasses and top with a wedge of lemon.
3. Now pour the sweet chilli dipping sauce into four ramekins.
4. Serve with some crusty bread and butter, not forgetting a few foaming pints of beer.
