Lemon Sole is a beautiful fish, landed around our coast throughout the year. It has a delicate flavour and works wonderfully with our Port & Truffle Butter.
The fish will be skinned and pan-ready for you to either pan-fry or bake, adding the butter at the very end of cooking.
The fish will arrive fresh and the butter portion frozen. Fresh shelf-life is 5 days and they both freeze well.
