x Jar mayonnaise (Hellman's)
x Small jar sundried tomatoes
x packet of baby gem lettuce
x packet of hot dog buns
Cook and pick the lobsters, then cut into small bite-sized pieces when cool. Mix in a large bowl with the mayonnaise, lemon juice, chunkily-chopped sundried tomatoes, sliced gherkins, cayenne and chopped dill. This will be your bun filling.
Slice the buns, layer some chopped gem lettuce dressed in lemon juice and then a good layer of the filling. Serve immediately.
