Farmed bream is a good alternative to wild black bream when wild is not available. Many restaurants use these fish on their menus and they are still delicious and can be used in exactly the same way as the wild fish.
We work closely with a small number of responsible farms in both Greece and Turkey. This beautiful fish is delicious, with bright silver skin and slightly whiter more milky flesh that the wild fish. It is very versatile and works well whether cooked whole or as fillets.
We had the Bream on Sunday which was delicious, juicy and very fresh.
