Which courier do you use to deliver?
When we are preparing to despatch your order, you will be emailed a parcel number and a 'Show me my Options' link which allows you to track your order online, so that you can follow the progress of your delivery. Please DO NOT RESCHEDULE YOUR DELIVERY TO ANOTHER DAY. You will receive notification of an hours delivery slot giving you the confidence that your parcel will soon be with you! Should you have any concerns or problems with your order please call us on 01208 262202 and we will help you in any way we can.
Please note: Fish for Thought cannot be held responsible for our courier’s failure to deliver to the specified time due to adverse weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control. In these instances, we will, however, make our best efforts to correct the problem.
Please also note that deliveries from 24th November 2020 to 24th December 2020, your order will arrive on a NEXT DAY Service.
If you are a regular Customer, you will know that DPD generally deliver before 12 noon. This service will recommence in January 2021
