How do you keep the fish chilled in transit?

The fish I ordered was beautiful – fresh and well prepared -  and I was particularly impressed with the thoughtful packaging. The bag insultation is now warming the bottom of my hens’ nesting box. Jane Johnson I have to say that I am very happy to hear that you have changed your packaging. I have shopped with you a couple of times, but I felt uncomfortable with the packaging that was left at the end.
