x red chilli - deseeded and chopped finely
x handful of coriander chopped
x avocadoes - skinned, de-stoned and chopped into chunks
1. Cook the pasta (add a little oil to the water to prevent it from sticking together).
2. Drain and add to a bowl with the crab, coriander, juice of the lemon and a glug of olive oil (if necessary).
3. Mix together and add the avocado as you serve.
