Silver Mullet is a wonderful alternative to Wild Seabass, and we will provide a 180-200g boneless fillet and a portion of Orange, Fennel and Rosemary Butter.

The fish will arrive fresh and the butter portion frozen. Fresh shelf-life is 5 days and they both freeze well.
We recommend this for a lighter evening meal between Christmas & New Year, or as a main course for non-turkey eaters!
